Wooden corkscrew for professional sommeliers, waiters, bartenders, and foil cutter
The professional's essential tool. This sommelier-style wooden corkscrew, also known as a "waiter's friend," "snail," or "wine merchant's knife," is designed for use by servers, bartenders, and sommeliers on the go. The standard-length wooden handle (11 cm) fits all apron and apron pocket sizes. The foil cutter is exceptionally sharp, ensuring a clean cut in a single twist, eliminating the need for recutting.
- Ultra-sharp foil wrench: clean cut in one rotation — no raised edges or fragments
- Hollow helix with 5 turns: less resistance than a solid helix when screwing
- Forged steel lever: superior torsional strength compared to stamped versions
- 11cm wooden handle: standard size for sommelier aprons and bartenders' aprons

Apron maintenance and end of service
At the end of service, remove the corkscrew from the apron pocket before washing—the wooden handle cannot withstand a 60°C machine wash. Wipe the three metal parts (screw, cutter, lever) with a slightly damp cloth. Brush the screw to remove any cork fibers.
