Delivery Conditions
Our delivery policy is designed to align with our distinctive strategy. We currently offer delivery options in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
For these territories:
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (48 hours Monday to Friday).
- Expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Rates
To ensure competitive pricing, a flat rate of €3.49 may be applied to orders under €29.99. This method allows us to offer a wide selection of products at affordable prices, despite higher delivery costs for smaller orders.
For orders over €29.99, we offer free delivery. While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, delays may occur and are beyond our control.
Change of Order
An order cannot be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For all returns, please begin the process as soon as you receive your item. For more information on our return policy, please visit our website.
Order Not Received
If you haven't received your order despite a confirmed delivery status, contact the delivery service to locate your package. Once the order has been shipped, any questions should be directed to the carrier. If the problem persists, email us for prompt assistance. Choose our delivery insurance at checkout to avoid having to contact the carrier in the event of non-receipt; we will resend the item at no additional cost.

Damaged Product
