ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING PRODUCTS
2.1 Creating a Customer Account
To order products, you must have a customer account. Complete the form in the "Create an account" section, fill in the required fields, and submit. Once registration is complete, a confirmation email with an activation link will be sent to you.

Browse our product categories and add the desired items to your cart, selecting the quantities. For any questions, please contact us by email.

The prices shown include all taxes. Delivery charges are indicated when selecting the delivery method.

View the selected items in your cart. You can modify quantities or remove items before finalizing your order.
2.5 Choice of delivery method
Deliveries are made by DHL, La Poste, Colissimo, FedEx, UPS, DPD, or Cocolis, in mainland France, Corsica, and the French overseas departments and territories. If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left so you can collect your package from a post office.
2.6 Order Confirmation
Accept the Terms and Conditions, read the Privacy Policy, then click on "Order with obligation to pay" to validate.
2.7 Payment for your order

ARTICLE 3 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.2 Procedures for exercising
You have 14 days to withdraw. Send the withdrawal form by email to contact@limonadier.fr or by post to: Benjamin Fournier, 10 rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, 26000 Valence.
3.3 Product Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3.4 Reimbursement
The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned items.

ARTICLE 5 – LEGAL GUARANTEES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS
The Seller is liable for defects in conformity of the Product to the contract under the conditions of Article L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects in the thing sold under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:
- benefits from a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to take action;
- can choose between repair and replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the non-conformity of the goods during the twenty-four months following delivery of the goods.
The consumer may choose to invoke the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold, as defined in Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, the consumer may choose between rescinding the sale or obtaining a reduction in the sale price, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

When you browse the Site or order Products on the Site, we collect personal data about you. This data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
ARTICLE 7 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, you have the option of using a conventional mediation procedure free of charge.
To use this mediation procedure, you must first send your complaint to Fournier Whisky by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within one month, you may contact the mediator according to the procedures outlined on their website.
This mediation is optional, confidential and free of charge, with the exception of any lawyer or expert fees which will remain your responsibility.
The dispute cannot be examined by the mediator when:
- you do not justify having previously attempted to resolve your dispute directly with Fournier Whisky through a written complaint;
- the request is clearly unfounded or abusive,
- the dispute has previously been examined or is currently being examined by another mediator or by a court,
- You submitted your request to the mediator more than one year after your written complaint to the company: Fournier Whisky
- the dispute does not fall within the mediator's jurisdiction.
If the outcome of the mediation is not satisfactory to you or if you do not wish to resort to a mediation process, you may, at your option, bring the matter before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the registered office of Fournier Whisky or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of your home.
