What does this change in concrete terms?

• Flow control. The trigger replaces the plug. You decide when it starts, for how long, and at what intensity. No more unclogging that sprays the ceiling.
• Spray or pour, your choice. Two nozzles are included with each model. The spray nozzle is for sprinkling guests. The pour nozzle is for neatly pouring into a tulip-shaped champagne glass . The same item covers both uses.
• The bubbles remain. Between uses, he seals the bottle. Put it back in the refrigerator with the gun screwed on. The bubbles are still there the next day.

How it works

No pump, no cartridge, no installation. It uses the pressure already present in the bottle. This is the same pressure that pops corks when uncorked—here, it's controlled instead of being subject to it. No need for a champagne corkscrew : the mechanism directly replaces the cork.

The mechanism screws onto the neck of the bottle in place of the cork. The pressure of the CO₂ dissolved in the champagne or sparkling wine is trapped by the system. Pressing the trigger releases this pressure and propels the liquid.

With a chilled 1.5L magnum: 30 to 45 seconds of spray at a range of 5-7 meters. With a 750ml bottle using the included adapter: 15 to 20 seconds, same range. On CO₂-assisted models, the range increases to 10 meters, and the duration depends on the tank volume.

Compatible with all carbonated liquids: sparkling wines, prosecco, crémant, cava, champagnes, beer, cocktails, sparkling water.

Sommelier's observation: the natural pressure of a sparkling wine is between 5 and 6 bars, depending on the producer and the bottle temperature. At 8°C, it remains stable and produces a consistent spray throughout. Above 12°C, the spray becomes uneven after just 15 seconds because the pressure drops more quickly. High-end producers generally have a higher pressure than those producing Crémant, resulting in a more powerful spray in the first few seconds, but a shorter drinking session.

Sommelier tip: For spray sessions, choose a Crémant d'Alsace or a Prosecco. These bottles cost four to five times less than entry-level Champagnes, for the same visual effect. No one under a shower of bubbles can tell the difference. Save the high-end labels for tasting.

Instructions for use

1. Temperature. Cool to 8-10°C. Below 10°C, the CO₂ pressure remains stable and the spray lasts longer. Above 12°C, the foam quickly takes over.
2. Assembly. Screw onto the neck until it clicks into place.
3. Position. Turn the whole thing upside down, bottle facing down.
4. Activation. For natural pressure models, shake gently. This step does not apply to CO₂ models.
5. Nozzle. Diffuser for wide spray, dispensing nozzle for pouring neatly into glasses.
6. Fire. Pull the trigger and adjust the shot.

To serve without a spray nozzle: attach the dispensing nozzle, do not shake. The liquid will flow in a steady stream. This works equally well with sparkling cocktails and sparkling wines.
