At Limonadier, if you change your mind about your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt. To ensure efficient return management, please notify us by email before sending the item.
Return conditions for a change of mind include:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused.
- If the item is sealed by the manufacturer, the seal must remain intact.
- The item must not be damaged by the buyer, whether during handling or use
- The return must include the original packaging and all accessories provided.
Return of Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately.
You have up to 30 days after receipt to return these products for a refund or exchange, starting the day after delivery.
Initiating a Return: Prior Notification Required
Before returning a product, it's crucial to contact us. This ensures proper tracking of your return and expedites the refund process. This will allow us to provide you with the necessary instructions and facilitate your return. Your cooperation is essential to enable us to provide quality customer service and quickly process your request.
Please note that returns from certain locations in Europe may incur a fee, although this is exceptional. Therefore, it is crucial to contact our support team before making a return.
Carefully package the item and return it to the address provided after confirmation of the return label is essential.
Cancellation of Order
You have 24 hours before shipping to cancel an order. Contact us for any cancellation requests. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy above.
Lost Expeditions
If more than 13 days have passed since you received your expected order, please contact our customer service team. Please allow us 5 days to locate your package. If we cannot locate it, it will be considered lost and we will reship it free of charge.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Approval of the return will result in a refund within 2 business days, followed by 5 to 10 business days for bank processing, via the original payment method.
Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 3 months against manufacturing defects under proper use. Damage due to misuse is not covered. If a defect occurs within the first three months, contact us for a return, repair, or exchange. A one-year warranty extension is offered at checkout, with a 24-hour cooling-off period after purchase.
