The vacuum stopper included in this kit goes beyond a simple mechanical stopper: a micro-pump integrated into the stopper's body creates a slight vacuum inside the bottle (approximately -0.5 bar). This vacuum slows oxidation by reducing the surface area of ​​contact between the wine and the air. As a result, aromatic white wines such as Riesling or Gewurztraminer retain their fresh notes for 3 to 5 days after opening. The drip-free pourer channels the flow through a perforated disc with 12 channels, each 0.8 mm in diameter.

1 — Foil cutter: Position 5mm below the base of the capsule, rotate 3 times, remove the foil. 2 — Wipe the neck with a cloth. 3 — Air corkscrew: Insert the needle perpendicularly, press 6 to 8 times, guide the cork out. 4 — Pourer: Insert into the neck, tilt at 45° to pour without dripping. 5 — After serving: Vacuum seal, pump 5 times to create a vacuum, store upright in a cool place.
