This compressed air corkscrew kit combines two complementary functions in one box: a pneumatic air extractor with a stainless steel needle and an airtight preservation stopper to reseal an opened bottle. The 6.5cm hollow needle pierces the natural cork without tearing it. The pressure generated by 5 to 7 pumps pushes the cork upwards. The included stopper then replaces the extracted cork to preserve the wine for up to 72 hours after opening.

The included preservation stopper works by mechanical compression—a silicone seal fits snugly around the neck of the bottle, extending 8mm high. This system creates a sufficient seal to preserve light wines (dry whites, rosés) for up to 48 hours and tannic red wines for up to 72 hours in a cellar at 14°C. Unlike vacuum pumps, which can eliminate volatile aromas, the mechanical stopper maintains ambient pressure in the bottle without drawing out the wine.
