For a housewarming party or birthday: place the bottles in the refrigerator 2-3 hours beforehand. When ready to serve, screw the beer tap onto the first bottle, tightening it firmly to ensure a tight seal. Hold the bottle at a slight angle and squeeze the trigger gradually—the flow rate adjusts according to the pressure applied. Fill the glass three-quarters full and let the foam rise naturally.

At the end of the evening: unscrew the gun, rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove beer residue.
