Mini pressure air corkscrew, fast bar kitchen design
Pocket-sized, but highly effective. This mini air corkscrew measures 9cm and weighs 45g—it slips easily into a sommelier's jacket pocket without creating a bulge. Designed by Limonadier for tight spaces: apartment brunches, picnics, and bar service. The 316L stainless steel needle is resistant to marine environments and the acidity of oxidative white wines. The compact pump generates sufficient pressure in 6 to 8 strokes despite its small size.
- Mini size 9cm — 45g: maximum compactness for pocket or travel kit
- 316L stainless steel (marine grade): superior resistance to the acids in white wines
- 5.5cm needle compatible with standard 44mm stoppers with clearance for passage
- Sleek design in a matte finish: discreet on all bar counters and worktops

Portable and travel use
This format is suitable for train or plane travel (in the hold only—the needle is considered a sharp object in the cabin). At a picnic, the lack of a stable surface necessitates a specific technique: hold the bottle between your knees, pump with your free hand while keeping the tool perpendicular. Six pumps are sufficient for a recent Bordeaux. This model is preferable for wines less than 15 years old—very old corks require more pressure and a firm grip that is difficult to maintain outdoors.
316L steel maintenance
The compressed air corkscrew requires no special equipment.
