Use in cocktails and champagnes

Serve brut champagnes at 9-10°C, filling the glass one-third full. For cocktails, Limonadier recommends a sparkling wine such as French 75 or Bellini; measure the base ingredients first, then top up with champagne. Hold by the stem only.
