Traditional service protocol

The tokkuri carafe allows for the indirect heating of sake by immersion in a hot water bath. This is the traditional Kan method, preserving its organoleptic qualities. The stoneware effectively retains the temperature reached, keeping the sake at a constant temperature during service in four ochoko glasses.
