Whiskey stones retain their coldness after being placed in the freezer for several hours. Unlike traditional ice cubes, they do not release any meltwater: the aromatic profile of the spirit remains intact.

Stone and accessory maintenance

Rinse the ice cubes with clean water after each use, then let them air dry before returning them to the freezer. Avoid using harsh detergents that could be absorbed by the natural porosity of the stone.

Cooling usage and technique

Place the ice cubes in the freezer for at least 4 hours before use – overnight provides better results. Place 2 to 3 ice cubes per glass for noticeable cooling.

Shipping conditions

The wooden box is shipped in reinforced packaging with internal padding to protect the stones and wood during transport. The stainless steel accessories are held separately to prevent friction.

Warranty and return policy

This stone ice cube set is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects found upon receipt (stone cracks, assembly defects, missing parts). In case of non-conformity, an exchange or refund will be offered.
