Sommelier's double-bladed corkscrew with integrated foil cutter
Dual function. This double-bladed corkscrew incorporates a retractable foil cutter within the tool body—a rare combination on double-bladed models. The cutter slices the foil or wax capsule flush with the neck of the bottle in a circular motion. The two double-bladed blades then take over to extract the cork without piercing it. The entire structure, including the blades and cutter, is made of food-grade stainless steel.
- Integrated retractable capsule cutter: aluminum, tin, wax — all types of capsules
- Double bi-blade 9cm + 7.5cm for extracting plugs without a helicoid
- Food-grade stainless steel throughout the structure
- All-in-one tool: cutter + bi-blade extractor in a single pocket-sized format

Complete opening sequence
Step 1 — Cutter: unlock, position 5mm from the bottom of the cap, and rotate 3 times. Step 2 — Remove the cap cover and wipe the neck of the bottle. Step 3 — Position the long blade at 6 o'clock from the cap and apply gradual pressure towards the cap. Step 4 — Position the short blade at 12 o'clock simultaneously. Step 5 — Push in two-thirds of the way. Step 6 — Rotate counterclockwise a quarter turn and pull gently and continuously. The cap will come out intact.
Maintenance of the bi-bladed corkscrew
Clean the blades and cutter separately. The wheel cutter may accumulate wax residue: use a toothpick to gently remove the wheel. Wipe the blades with a damp microfiber cloth.
