Corkscrew, lemonade stand, waiter
This waiter's corkscrew combines the functionality of a classic sommelier's corkscrew with a sleek black finish that complements any service uniform. The handle, coated in a non-slip black polymer, provides a firm grip even with wet hands—a common occurrence when serving on a patio. It features a complete mechanism: a 5-turn stainless steel helix, a double-jointed lever, and a serrated foil cutter integrated into the folding body.
- Matte black finish: professional discretion, fingerprint resistance
- Non-slip polymer handle: secure grip on wet or greasy hands
- 5-turn stainless steel helix: gradual extraction without fragmenting the cork
- Compact folding server format: 12cm closed, fits in an apron or jacket pocket
The propeller remains polished stainless steel for optimal cork penetration, but the black body reduces the visibility of the inevitable micro-scratches from daily use. This corkscrew is suitable for fine dining restaurants as well as casual wine bars.

Professional use
At the start of service: slip the closed bottle opener into your apron or jacket pocket. At the table: discreetly unfold it, remove the capsule with the blade, and screw the spiral into the center of the cork until half a turn is visible. Place the first notch of the lever on the neck of the bottle and pull gently—the cork will pop up two-thirds of the way. Reposition the second notch and complete the extraction. The movement should remain smooth and silent so as not to disturb your guests. Put away immediately after use.
